Dyan organized a fantastic trip for my family to Disney and Universal! She was so patient with us, as it was our first time going and had no idea what to expect. She answered a billion questions, knowing every single detail on Disneys and Universal parks. When we had to reschedule due to Hurricane Ian she was immediately on it and just did everything for us! She prepared daily plans with detailed information and personal tips. It felt like we were kids and a parent had organize everything for us - we just had to sit back and enjoy !
